Project Description

The construction at this site is to consist of a new, three-story building encompassing approximately 24,000 square feet. The project also includes site preparation, grading, drainage and utilities, construction of load bearing masonry walls, shallow reinforced concrete foundations, slab on grade concrete first floor, pre-cast concrete plank and composite slab second floor, composite slab third floor, exterior brick veneer, interior steel columns and joists, modified bitumen roofing system over metal decking on steel joists; a five-lane firing range; provision of misc. computer equipment; fixed factory finished aluminum frame with bullet resistant glazing window system, interior wall construction will consist of gypsum wallboard on steel stud framing; plumbing will include domestic hot and cold water system with electric water heaters and toilet facilities, sanitary system and roof drainage system. Mechanical will include gas fired, split system with electrical air conditioning. Electrical work will include complete internal and external electrical systems, including emergency generator and site lighting. Site work will include landscaping, chain link fence, concrete curb and gutter as well as asphalt paving.

Estimated Construction Cost: $6,500,000
