Project Description
This project comprises an area of approximately 19 acres to the north of the existing NIT North pavement and includes clearing, pavement and site demolition, single-story building demolition, E&S control, earthwork, and placement of aggregate base, and all other miscellaneous items specified within the Construction Plans and Specifications.
Paving the site is included with the NIT South Backlands Stage II project as an alternate bid item.
