Project Description
This project is the first of several stages necessary to complete the ongoing South Terminal Renovation, which includes the South Wharf and approximately 150 acres of adjacent container terminal backlands. This project involves the complete renovation of approximately 48 acres of container terminal yard at the north end of the South Terminal of NIT and an additional 10 acres (approximate) where utility upgrades and pavement improvements will be made.
