Project Description
This Design-Build project includes the design and construction of a one story, 200,000+/- square foot warehouse and associated work. The building will be constructed on property owned by the Virginia Port Authority located at the Newport News Marine Terminal, Newport News, Virginia. The project will include all necessary site and foundation preparation as well as utility relocations.
When complete, this project will enable the relocation of breakbulk storage from NIT to NNMT.
