Project Description
The project consists of demolition work and surface preparation of the existing standing seam metal roofs, a small amount of asbestos abatement, patching of the existing standing seam metal roofs, the installation of a roof coating system on both buildings. Also, the installation of new gutters and downspouts for both buildings, and the procurement and delivery of select electrical lighting components to Virginia International Terminals personnel.
