Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new 4600 square foot building, which includes masonry walls, wood trusses, plywood roof sheathing, metal standing seam roof, roof accessories, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware glazing, plumbing, fire protection, heating air conditioning and ventilating, electrical systems, lighting and incidental related work. Interior finishes will include men's and women's restrooms and a kitchenette with cabinetry. Aside from the site work related to building construction, there will be concrete sidewalks connecting the three entrances of the building to the adjacent parking area.
