Project Description
This project entails relocating the existing reefer storage row at PMT to the western side of the terminal and constructing a container transfer zone in its place. Work includes but is not limited to: site demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, electrical distribution system, asphalt, reinforced concrete pavement, traffic control and maintenance of traffic, sign and marking, E&S control, and all other miscellaneous items specified within the Construction Plans and Specifications.
Estimated Construction Cost: $5,053,675.00
