Project Description
This project consists of the movement of approximately 175,000 cubic yards of soil formerly used as surcharge at the northern end of NIT on the site of what will be the new VPA Command and Control Center. The soil is to be moved to the area where Warehouses 1, 2 & 3 used to stand and compacted to serve as a suitable base for new pavement.
