NNMT Pier C Bollard Upgrade

The purpose of this project is to upgrade the berthing hardware, called bollards, at Pier C. The new bollards will accomodate a new, larger class of ships.
Estimated Construction Cost: $150,000
Construction is underway, with Precon Marine as the contractor. The contractor has completed bollards 1, 2, and 3, and has removed the former fender piles.
